Rosalie Loewen created Dipper Kitchen in 2012 when it became obvious that one family could never consume all of the delicious jams and jellies she was concocting and canning. Rosalie and her husband Reuben built a small-scale certified commercial kitchen next to their home in Haines, Alaska in order to expand a passion into a business. Rosalie can be found in the Jam Kitchen on late summer evenings, after the three children have been put to bed, stirring up recipes in her big copper pot and planning the next day's foraging and picking. All of Dipper Kitchen's flavors and fruits are grown and gathered right here in Haines, Alaska and everything is crafted by hand in small batches for extraordinary quality. We look forward to sharing with you some of Alaska's wild and wonderful bounty.
