Blueberry Lime Jam
This is the first jam I ever made in Alaska. My mother-in-law's recipe, copied carefully from a Ball canning label decades ago. The concentrated magic of Alaska's small, intense, wild blueberries, lifted by the brightness of lime is what started the whole mad enterprise of Dipper Kitchen. This is the standby on our breakfast table, and the one that nestles alongside Raspberry Redcurrant in all the holiday boxes that we send to family in the lower 48.
